1.　　　 South Waziristan - Operation Rah-e-Nijat.　　 In last 24 hours, 2 terrorists have been apprehended. Details of the operations are as follows:-

                 a. 　　　　　 On Jandola - Sararogha Axis.

                                        (1)   Security forces apprehended 2 suspects from village Zinda near Janata and recovered arms and

                                               ammunition.

                                       (2)    Security forces recovered huge cache of arms and ammunition from Khawasai and Hisar Rogha near

                                                Janata.

                                       (3)    Security forces carried out consolidation of their positions at Sein near Sararogha.

               b. 　　　　　 On Shakai � Kaniguram Axis

                                       (1)    Security forces commenced search operation at Spinkot and surrounding areas.

                                       (2)    Security forces conducted search operation at Khuni Mor and Madijan.

              c. 　　　　　 On Razmak � Makeen Axis　　

                                      (1)    Security forces carried search operation at Pash Ziarat Fort, Kam Narakai and cleared 40 compounds and

                                               defused 8 IEDs.

                                      (2)    Terrorists fired 6 rockets at Lakki Ghund near Pash Ziarat which was effectively responded. 　　

                                      (3)    Security forces established link up at Marobi Raghazi and defused 10 IEDs during clearance operation.

                                      (4)    A check post has been established at Dwagare near Kabutar Post. Security forces also cleared area

                                              around Toda China Khula and defused 6 IEDs.

2. 　　　　　 Swat � Malakand � Operation Rah-e-Rast

              a.　　3 terrorists voluntarily surrendered themselves to security forces near Bishbanr and Mingora.

             b.        Security forces conducted search operation at Kuza Banda and village Zormandai near Palai and apprehended 5

                         suspects.

3. 　　　　　　　Relief Activities.　　 　14,741 Cash Cards have been issued to displaced families of Waziristan.
