Army wins 11th Inter Services Shooting Championship 2011

Pakistan Army won the recently concluded 11th Inter Services Shooting Championship consecutively 3rd time at Jhelum.

Pakistan Army won the championship with 14 Gold, 10 Silver and 8 Bronze medals. Four new national shooting records were also set during this championship, three by Army and one by Navy. Major Aamir Iqbal of Army set two high scoring national records of 131 and 172 in double trap event.
Captain Junaid Ali Zulfiqar of Army made a record of 113 in Trap Olympic, while Sailor Ayaz Tahir of Navy set a record in Prone Rifle by scoring 693.3 points in the final event.
