  • At Line of Control in Karela sector near Kotli today, at 1645 hours, a 65 years old lady Ms Roshni Begum was injured due to Indian troops unprovoked firing. She is resident of village Sawana Rajadini. She was grazing animals when hit by a bullet on leg.

Mr. Sir Richard Stagg, British Ambassador to Afghanistan called on General Khalid Shameem Wynne, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) and discussed matters related to mutual interest and geo-strategic situation of the region.
Earlier HE Mr. Liu Jian Ambassador of China also called on General Khalid Shameem Wynne, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) and remained at Joint Staff Headquarters for sometime.
