1.     South Waziristan - Operation Rah-e-Nijat. In last 24 hours, 7 terrorists have been killed while security forces losses are 2 soldiers injured including an officer. Details of operations are as follows:-
a. On Jandola – Sararogha Axis.
(1) Security forces are consolidating their gains and area domination is being carried out.
(2) Terrorists fired 4 rockets on village Sararogha from Ahmed Wam, however no loss reported.
b. On Shakai – Kaniguram Axis.
(1) Security forces are consolidating their positions and conducting extensive search and clearance operations.
(2) During search operation at Torwam, north of Boya and Ghani Khel area, a number of weapons and ammunition including IEDs material has been recovered.
(3) Village Kaniguram has been completely searched and cleared. During clearance, 8 tunnels inside the compounds have been discovered along with number of weapons and ammunition.

c. On Razmak- Makeen Axis
(1) Security forces are in the process of clearing Makeen and expanding their area of domination.
(2) A intense fire exchange took place at newly established check post at Fort Knoll. Resultantly, 7 terrorists were killed. Two soldiers including an officer got injured.
(3) During clearance operation of point 6044 near Makeen, security forces recovered following:-

(i) 1 x 14.5 mm gun along with 270 rounds
(ii) 1 x 30 mm gun along with 120 rounds
(iii) 20 x rifles of different types
(iv) 11 x Explosive (TNT) material
(v) 3 x Directional mines and number of detonators
(vi) Plenty of ammunition of different types.

2. Swat – Malakand – Operation Rah-e-Rast

a. 3 terrorists voluntarily surrendered to security forces at Chuprial, Dagai and Kabbal.
b. Security forces conducted search operation at Manglour, Mingora and apprehended 3 suspects.

3. Relief Activities 10,621 Cash Cards have issued to displaced families of Waziristan.
